Our Policies business days are Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

We are a small, custom fabricating business. We make every effort to maintain accurate product inventory on our website, however we do experience periods of time where we will show inventory when we are indeed out. We will contact you ASAP if this is the case. We wish not to inconvenience anyone, but when precision crafting by hand, it is simply the nature of business. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship United Parcel Service (UPS). They pick up Monday through Friday. We will ship your order within three (3) business days and we strive to ship same day when possible.

UPS uses an auto dimensional weight calculation for Ground Services. We do not markup the shipping. What you see on the checkout page are pure UPS rates.

International Shipping

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes/customs charges. If you refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping charges any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country.
Tools + Parts

We offer a 30 day warranty for products with manufacturer defects. Freight must be paid by the customer. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date (the date your parts arrived) in original and unused condition (unless defective). Returns after 30 days result in a store credit for the original purchase price.

All items must be unused and in factory packaging, complete with tags, like new, re-sellable, and so on. Keep your good karma and please do not use it for the weekend and send it back. Cool? Apparel accepts returns on apparel for store credit only. We must receive the merchandise within 21 days from the date the item is shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging. When we receive the item back and have verified it’s condition, you will be issued a coupon code for your store credit. Returns after 21 days are at the discretion of


We do not accept returns of decals at this time.

United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT send items back to C.O.D. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.

International Customers

The following statement must be written on your invoice enclosed in the return package and on the Custom’s Declaration on the outside of the package: U.S. GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE.

Damaged Package

In the event that an item arrives damaged please contact immediately. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. will advise you of the procedure to be followed. Please DO NOT return item until receiving instructions.
